Established in 1995, 5boro is a company based mainly around one man’s lifelong skateboarding quests, to dominate the streets of New York City. Growing up in New Jersey, Steve Rodriguez helped his mother at her shop in NYC running errands on his skateboard. He became obsessed with exploring the streets of NYC and eventually aimed the majority of his focus to finding great spots in NYC to “session”. 5boro’s products are a reflection of this passion and lifestyle, selling mostly skateboard decks and wheels, while also having a good selection of clothing merchandise.
