S.T.R.I.K.E. Cutaway Tactical Armor Vest (OTV/IBAS)

The standard issue OTV collar and yoke are not compatible. In order for the cut away feature to work with the "standard issue collar and yoke" the user must unsnap the collar on the back panel before pulling the cut away strap.
