EarHugger Safety T-2030 One Way Acoustic Headphones Long Cord 3.5mm Threaded

Purchased this product to help conceal radio communication while on patrol. This product worked great for a month and just quite working. The issue seemed to initially lye within the housing that connects to the plug that screws in. Every time the radio holder would rotate the audio would cut out. After permanently mounting the radio to the belt to alleviate the issue, the whole headset wont work. Unfortunately, the product is beyond thirty-days and I cannot return or exchange it.
