• Dry to Touch: 15 minutes
• Dry to Handle: 2 hours
• For use with: Wood, Metal, Wicker, Wrought Iron, Glass, Plaster, Ceramic, Paper, Paper Mache.
• For metal, wood, paper and papier-mache, cloth and most plastics
• Increases brilliance by 200 to 400%
• Glows under ultraviolet, black light
• For best results, use over white base coat
