Is the knife pictured the one I will receive: original thickness (1975-1989) and embossed "Old Hickory" in the handle.

A:	This item will have Old Hickory embossed into the handle but the handle will now be made out of walnut. The steel is carbon steel and it is the steel they have been using for this item since the older models.
