Thank you very much for your attention to this matter, and for adjusting your shipping charge to a more reasonable figure. I received a notice from Amazon and they've already refunded the difference. So much commerce these days is nameless, faceless---an order number, a credit card, a packing slip, a delivery notice---done! It works, but it's not very...human. But your willingness to deal with my complaint was.
